Port Calls Management

Allows port call and mooring authorisation requests to be processed directly with the Port Authority of Valencia (PAV) and the Harbourmaster’s office as well as for the corresponding authorisations for these requests to be received directly. 

The ValenciaportPCS platform provides users with a client application to launch the service rapidly and be able to fulfil the requirements to send documentation electronically to the PAV. The comprehensive form made available makes it possible to complete rapidly a request, transmitting it automatically in one go to the PAV, the Harbourmaster’s office and Customs.

The Port Call Management service makes it possible to send:

Vessel notifications including technical details of vessels
Berthing requests
Passenger notifications
Waste notifications

 

¿HOW IT WORKS?

The Shipping Agent sends the Port Authority data including the port of arrival, name of vessel, the carrier, previous and following ports of call. Once accepted the call information of passengers and crew, waste, and other relevant data is sent.

By sending the request of call, automatically opens the Customs ID for the customs clearance of goods that must be loaded or unloaded from the vessel.
