SUMMARY DECLARATION
The Shipping Agent before the vessel arrival sends the information of the cargo by IFCSUM message. The message is received by the Port Authority, which forwards it to Customs through the Customs Single Window.
EXPORT MANIFEST
The Shipping Agent, after the departure of the vessel sends the message IFCSUM with all the cargo shipped. Customs checks that information with the terminals gate in messages and export declarations.
The Goods Declarations Service is integrated with the Road Transport Service for the automatic generation of transport orders and release and acceptance orders.

The Loading Lists Service is also integrated with the Goods Declarations Service for the control of customs status by the shipping agent and the Customs Police of containers and vehicles for export and transshipment, preventing delivery on paper of different customs documents as well as improving control and security, and, especially, providing great time savings in data management .
The Customs Information service for customs agents and freight forwarders extracts from the import cargo manifests the necessary data for the customs clearance of goods discharged in the Port of Valencia.
